Casa Aurelia
A three-language Italian restaurant site. Bookings land in a database, a Telegram notification fires instantly, and an AI assistant answers menu and opening-hours questions.
Web Design and Digital Systems · Remote, Europe & Türkiye
Sites that take bookings, manage appointments, notify you the second a request lands, and answer your customer's question while you sleep. No templates — each one is built around how the business actually runs.
Work
One is a live client site. Five are concept builds for specific industries — each card says which is which.
A three-language Italian restaurant site. Bookings land in a database, a Telegram notification fires instantly, and an AI assistant answers menu and opening-hours questions.
A clinic site built around reducing dental anxiety. Every treatment card shows how long it takes and how many visits — the two questions patients ask first.
Listing and filtering for a Bodrum portfolio. Property data is set in a monospaced spec strip, so buyers scan square metres and floor level instead of reading.
A salon site set like a fashion magazine. The price list uses dot leaders — clients don't hunt for the number, they follow the line.
An opening with no photograph — in law, the words come before the image. The four stages of a case are laid out with how long each takes.
A nine-room stone house in Alaçatı. The booking bar overlaps the bottom edge of the hero — picking dates is the guest's first job, so it's the first thing they see.
Systems
This is where the real difference sits. Every row below is a system actually built in the projects above.

What I do
No off-the-shelf themes. Every site is built in a design language that comes from the business itself — its menu, its space, its clients.
Availability checks, double-booking prevention, cancellation flow, and an instant notification for you. A system that cuts down on phone bookings.
Manage bookings, appointments, or listings yourself. Password-protected login, an interface that also works from your phone.
Turkish/English/Italian versions for businesses with international clients — structured so search engines show the right language.
Answers menu, price, hour, and location questions at 2am too; when it doesn't know, it doesn't make things up — it tells the visitor to call.
Structured data, a sitemap, correct headings, and pages that load in under a second on mobile. Google's speed score is part of the sale.
Process
Each step ends in something concrete. Stop at any point and get your money back.
We talk through the business, your customer, and the one job the site has to do. You leave with a written scope and a fixed price.

FAQ
A single-page site takes 1–2 weeks; a multi-page site with a booking or reservation system takes 3–5 weeks. What usually stretches the timeline isn't development — it's preparing content and photos, which is why I give you a checklist at the first call.
A domain costs roughly $15–25 a year; hosting stays on a free tier for most projects. I register both in your name — you own the accounts, so the site stays yours even if we stop working together.
For content that changes often — menu, prices, bookings, listings — I build an admin panel you can use from your phone. For text that rarely changes, small edits are free for the first year.
40% upfront, 60% at launch. If you're not happy with the design at the end of that stage, I refund the first payment and you keep the files.
Most projects already run remotely. Calls are on video, and you watch progress live on a test link. For clients in Europe, invoicing and payment can be arranged in euros or dollars.
Not necessarily. I first check where the current site stands on speed, mobile fit, and search visibility. Sometimes a refresh is all it needs, and I'll say so honestly on the first call.
